In 1978 Stephen F. Brady after serving his country in the Army and Air force, began a small family owned and operated roofing company in Rochester, NY known today as Brady Contracting. His philosophy from day 1 was to provide honest, excellent quality work with a personal touch.
This philosophy still holds true today as part of our core values. We will give you the honest answer on what your needs are even if it means we don't get your business. Our standards and reputation are everything to us and we stand by our work and workmanship 100%.
Today nearly 40 years later we are still FAMILY owned and operated and Steve Brady is still the face of the company he built so many years prior.

Steve Brady
President/Owner
As our fearless founder, Steve brings over 40 years of roofing and construction knowledge to Brady Contracting. Being 1 of 6 children Steve learned from a young age that to get what you want you have to work hard for it.
Steve is a former US service member for both the Army and Air Force where he served before founding Brady Contracting.
Married for the last 43 years, Steve is the father of 3 children and the "Pop" of 5 grand -children.
Steve enjoys a good round a golf, traveling, watching sporting events and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Jason Brady
Sr. VP Operations / Development
Jason is a seasoned management professional who brings over 20 years of leading high caliber management teams in a variety of different fields.
Jason is responsible
for developing new business contacts and providing essential direction and leadership to our field teams.
Jason earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Jason is a husband and father to beautiful twin girls. He loves to spend his time with family and also enjoys traveling, golfing, bourbon and country music.
Shane Brady
Director of Field Operations
Shane brings over 20 years of construction / roofing experience to Brady Contracting.
Shane is in charge of running the day to day operations in the field ensuring that quality work is completed in a timely fashion while holding our field teams to our core values.
Shane earned his degree from the NASCAR Technical Institute in Texas.
Shane is a husband and father to 2 wonderful children. He enjoys classic cars, golf, craft beer and spending time with his young family.
